Lettuce is green in color and has a crisp taste. It is a seasonal vegetable in spring. The dishes made with ribs are delicious and delicious, with meat and vegetables, and rich in nutrition!

Roasted Ribs with Lettuce

1. Clean the ribs, peel the lettuce, and prepare the ingredients for later use.

2. Slice ginger, garlic and onion, cut lettuce into hob pieces, and prepare a little stew material (a small piece of pepper, star anise, cumin, and cinnamon. Stew material is easily available in supermarkets.)

3. Put the ribs in a pot and blanch water, add a little cooking wine to get rid of the fishiness, and use a spoon to skim the foam after boiling.

4. After blanching the ribs, drain the water and set aside.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the stew material and stir fragrant.

6. Pour in shallots, ginger, and onions and stir fry to create a fragrance.

7. Pour the ribs and stir fry evenly.

8. Add Knorr hot fried fresh dew.

9. Continue to stir fry for color and taste.

10. Add the right amount of boiling water.

11. After simmering for an hour, collect the juice and add an appropriate amount of salt.

12. Pour the lettuce.

13. Stir fry a little to get out of the pot.

Tips:

It is recommended to use a larger wok when frying. I started to use a small pot but couldn't hold it and changed to a larger pot. Adding Knorr Hot Stir-Fresh Dew, there is no need to add other seasonings. Lettuce should not be fried for too long to avoid losing its crispy taste.
