In the hot summer, if you don’t want to cook in the kitchen, just make a salad and eat it. It is refreshing and appetizing! This salad is very simple, ready-made salad juice, just mix it. I still like Chobe’s salad dressing, but I think the roasted sesame flavor is more suitable for Chinese people, and it doesn’t taste so greasy.

Roasted Sesame Shrimp Salad

1. Prepare the ingredients, the shrimp go to the shrimp line.

2. Wash lettuce, bitter chrysanthemum, purple cabbage, and cucumber, drain and set aside.

3. Cut purple cabbage into silk, slice cucumber, and tear lettuce and bitter chrysanthemum into small pieces.

4. Make boiling water in a pot and add some salt to increase the bottom taste, and then cook the shrimps and set aside the shrimps.
