Roasted Sesame Shrimp Salad

Prepare the ingredients, the shrimp go to the shrimp line.

Wash lettuce, bitter chrysanthemum, purple cabbage, and cucumber, drain and set aside.

Cut purple cabbage into silk, slice cucumber, and tear lettuce and bitter chrysanthemum into small pieces.
