Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms with Black Pepper

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and fry to remove the stems;

Squeeze out the moisture and draw a knife;
3.
Add salt and stir evenly;
4.
Chop dried chili, add cumin powder and black pepper to shiitake mushrooms and mix well;
5.
Add olive oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes;
6.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, brush with a layer of oil, and put mushrooms on top;
7.
