Roasted Spiced Peanuts

Wash the peanuts with clean water and put them in a bowl for later use.

Pour in a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 small handful of Chinese pepper, 5 star anise and 5 bay leaves, pour appropriate amount of hot water into the pot and boil, then pour into a serious soak for 1.5 hours.

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees in advance for 10 minutes.

Put the baking pan into the preheated oven, bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes, take it out and shake the pan gently, then put it in the oven at 120 degrees for 15 minutes
Tips:
1: To make the roasted peanuts more flavorful, you can boil the star anise with water when you put the pepper fragrant leaves and star anise, soak the peanuts with the pepper and fragrant leaves.
2: The soaking time of peanuts is not easy to exceed 2 hours, otherwise it will be easy to soak and swell, and the roasted peanuts will not be crispy.
3: Each oven has a different temper. The time and temperature in the steps are for reference only.
4: Peanuts make a popping sound when they are roasted at 190 degrees. If you take out the peanuts, you can turn them at 120 for 10 minutes.
