Roasted Whole Chicken with Honey Sauce and Black Pepper

The first thing to prepare is chicken, and a few vegetables, carrots, celery, parsley, onions and garlic. Wash all the ingredients.

One tablespoon of light soy sauce white wine or cooking wine, 2 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of green onions, 2 tablespoons of salt

Spread all the seasonings evenly on the chicken, evenly spread inside and out, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 day

Stuff pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, ginger and green onions into the marinated chicken belly

Use a rotating fork to pass through the chicken to fix it, put it into the preheated oven at 190 degrees, use the hot air rotating fork function, and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour

After baking for 20 minutes, turn on the oven and apply a layer of marinade

When roasting for 40 minutes, open the oven and smear with honey water (one spoonful of honey and one spoonful of water), and continue roasting until the chicken is browned all over

1: Chicken should choose small chickens, chickens that have not lay eggs are the best, do not buy roosters
