Roasted Wing Root

1. Treatment of wing roots: The wing roots are over boiled water to get the bloody water and fishy smell out-put in a container-add a spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoon of soy sauce, and 2 slices of ginger and marinate for 30 minutes.

2. To make the coating: Pour the fried chicken wing powder into a bowl-put the marinated wing roots in the fried chicken powder and coat well

3. Roasting: Put the roots of the fried chicken powder on the baking tray, and test the front and back for 15 minutes.

Tips:
