Roasted Wing Root

Treatment of wing roots: The wing roots are over boiled water to get the bloody water and fishy smell out-put in a container-add a spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoon of soy sauce, and 2 slices of ginger and marinate for 30 minutes.

To make the coating: Pour the fried chicken wing powder into a bowl-put the marinated wing roots in the fried chicken powder and coat well

Roasting: Put the roots of the fried chicken powder on the baking tray, and test the front and back for 15 minutes.

Because there was still some ingredients left, I cut a few potato chips and baked them. Although they don't look good, they are delicious!
Tips:
1. It is best not to save the wing root over boiling water, otherwise it will have a fishy smell!
2. Spread more oil on the baking tray when baking!
