1. Wash the basil and chop it, peel off the garlic peanuts and chop it for later use;

2. Put chopped basil, chopped peanuts, and olive oil into a blender and smash;

3. Add black pepper, salt and sugar to the crushed green sauce;

4. After washing the wing roots, cut off the heel of the leg with a knife, and then stroke it down to show the shape of a hammer;

5. Put all the wing roots in green sauce and marinate for 1 hour or even longer, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator;

6. Place the wing roots in order, and use the Joyoung air fryer at 200 degrees and work for 20 minutes;

7. When the air fryer is working for half of the time, it is necessary to take out the drawer and change the wing roots to avoid uneven heat.

Tips:

1. Pine nuts are generally used to increase the aroma in the green sauce, but garlic-flavored peanuts can also play this role, and the price is affordable!
2. The green sauce is easy to oxidize, so please seal the prepared green sauce;
3. There are many ways to eat green sauce. Commonly used in western restaurants to spread slices of bread, it is green sauce. You can also make green sauce pasta!
