Roasted Winter Melon with Bacon and Beef Tendon

Ingredients: winter melon.

Half-cooked beef tendon, bacon.

Chives, rock sugar.

Peel and seed the winter melon and wash it.

Cut into pieces on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the beef tendon and bacon on the cutting board and cut.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add winter melon, beef tendon and bacon and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil.

Then, add some light soy sauce, salt, and rock sugar.

Season to continue cooking.

Finally, cook until the soup is thick and the winter melon is cooked and soft, then turn off the heat.
