This yellow-bone fish has few bones and the meat is tender. It is delicious no matter how it is cooked, and the whole fish is often taken as a medicinal use. Its fleshy taste is sweet, flat, and has diuretic effect, and can be used to treat edema, swelling and pain of the throat.

Roasted Yellow Bone Fish

1. Clean the yellow-bone fish, score a few knives on the body, and marinate the fish for 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a little salt (because the yellow-bone fish has a strong smell)

2. Wash all the ingredients and cut them for later use

3. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, salt to the bowl, increase the bowl of water and stir evenly.

4. Pour the right amount of oily ginger and garlic into the pot and stir fry until fragrant

5. Fry the fish on both sides until golden

6. Add the right amount of bean paste

7. Then add the tuned sauce~ (the sauce should be almost no fish)

8. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

9. Pour the green and red peppers and simmer for a while

10. Finally, add some coriander to get out of the pot~
