Roasted Yellow Croaker in Tomato Sauce

Wash the yellow croaker to remove the internal organs and gills, especially the black membrane in the abdomen. It must be cleaned. Use a knife to make a few strokes on the surface to facilitate the taste.

Wipe the pan with old ginger for a week. After the pan is heated, add some cooking oil, add the yellow croaker and fry it until golden.
