Rock Sugar Frog Bun

Pour the flour into the basin and add the green juice powder.

Mix a bag of green barley juice powder, 5g of yeast and flour and mix them evenly; (reserve the white dough with ferrero size and yeast)

Mix the noodles with warm water, and the water temperature should not be hot. The amount of water is about a bowl and a half (4.5 inch bowl). Knead the dough until it is smooth without loose powder or particles, put it in a container at least twice the size of the dough, and ferment with plastic wrap. (Borrow the previous picture, forget to take this time)

The dough is doubled in size and removed.

After kneading the dough, divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

Flatten with the palm of your hand;

Use a rolling pin to roll out 12 doughs one by one, similar to rolling a dumpling wrapper;

The rock sugar is broken into powder with a food processor. I think the cooking machine is loud, so I used a stone mortar;

Pack rock candy and close the mouth;

The reserved white dough is rounded into 24 round balls of appropriate size, flattened, and placed on top of the dough diagonally; black sesame seeds are used to make the black eyeballs and mouth, and you can brush a little bit of oil or water on the dough to stick the black Sesame, then use a toothpick to fix the shape and position of the black sesame; then cut a piece of red dates, cut into a suitable size figure, and fix the red dates with the method of fixing the black sesame;

After the second fermentation for 20 minutes, steam it in a pot on cold water for 20-25 minutes.
