Rock Sugar Lemon
1.
Soak the lemon in a vegetable and fruit cleaner for 5 minutes to remove harmful substances such as fruit wax dust on the surface. After soaking, rinse with clean water, spread out and dry for later use.
2.
Use a leather knife to scrape off the lemon yellow surface for use! Save half and use it!
3.
Cut the peeled lemon in half and squeeze out all the lemon juice with a lemon squeezer!
4.
Pour 2 catties of rock sugar into an airtight jar, then pour in lemon juice! Then, use a food processor to break the yellow lemon peel (half of it) scraped off by the skin knife, then pour it into the jar together, and seal the jar tightly. Put it at room temperature for two or three days, let her fully ferment and put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh and refrigerate.
