Rock Sugar Pork Knuckle

Wash pig's feet and blanch them to remove blood.

Prepare rock candy, anise, and cinnamon.

Transfer the boiled pig's feet and the soup to a boiling pot, add rock sugar, cinnamon, fennel, and then pour some dark soy sauce.

Tips:
The soup for boiled pig's feet should be added more. If it is not enough, it will affect its nutrition and umami taste.
The pig's feet must be cooked soft enough so that the collagen can be completely released and it is more delicious.
