Rock Sugar Wolfberry Peach Gum Mixed with Milk

Prepare a small handful of peach gum.

Soak the peach gum in more than 6 times the amount of water overnight.

Adjust out the impurities in the peach gum.

After picking up the impurities, rinse them out and pick them up for later use.

Prepare wolfberry, red dates, rock sugar, and milk for later use.

Prepare an appropriate amount of water to wash the red dates and wolfberry and put them into the pot.

Boil for 10 minutes after the water boils.

Put the peach gum and rock sugar into the pot together.
9.
Turn off the heat after the rock sugar has melted.
10.
It can be eaten after it is kept cool.

Add milk and mix well before eating.
Tips:
The foaming power of peach gum is amazing, and 10 grams is enough for less people. I like to put the milk before eating it so that it won’t overflow the pot and mash the pot.
