Rolled Elbow with Flatbread

Main raw material pork knuckle (boneless)

The boneless pork knuckle is marinated with sweet noodle sauce and cooking wine.

Marinate for half a day or longer. Fully tasty.

Prepare green onion ginger, aniseed, cinnamon, grass fruit (patted loose).

The marinated elbows are tied with cotton thread to keep their shape.

After blanching the elbows, rinse them off.

Put the green onion ginger spice on the bottom of the pan

Add elbows, soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, and add water to simmer the elbows.

Put the stewed knuckles in the refrigerator to cool for later use.
