Rose Blackcurrant Scam
1.
4g for roses. Boil 60g of clean water for 10 minutes, and keep the water. Throw away the flowers, break the rest, and remove the debris. Soak the blackcurrant dry with 30g of boiling water. Water is also retained. The black currant can be eaten, or it can be chopped and put in together. I didn't put it in.
2.
Add flour, an egg liquid, yeast powder, sugar, and olive oil into the bread machine. I use high-sugar-tolerant yeast. 1g salt.
3.
Add the water just soaked in black currants and roses. The water absorption of each flour is different. Maybe the water can't be used up. The amount of water is for reference only.
4.
Put it in the bread machine and mix the noodles. Many recipes are mixed by hand. Mine is doing what I want. I use a bread machine to knead the dough for 10 minutes. Then add the crushed rose petals. Mix the dough for another 5 minutes.
5.
Evenly mix into a dough.
6.
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a circle,
7.
Use the cut surface and turn it up and down and cut it four times.
8.
Put it in the baking tray. Put oiled paper on it and brush evenly with egg wash.
9.
Put the oven on low temperature to ferment for 20 minutes. Just a little fermentation. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. The upper fire is 120°, and the lower fire is 110°. Bake for 15 minutes to color.
10.
First choice for breakfast.
Tips:
You can add it according to your favorite fruit material, and blackcurrant can also be added together, but I want to keep the fragrance of roses. Therefore, without any fruit, the scent of rose and the taste of blackcurrant are very enjoyable.
Many people use baking powder. I didn't use it, so the yeast I used should be fermented a little bit to increase its softness.
