Rose Buns

The purple potato is steamed and pressed into a puree, the yeast is melted in warm water, poured into the flour, and then the purple potato puree is poured into a smooth dough, and the mixture is allowed to stand for about 30 minutes.

Roll the fermented dough into long strips and cut into small pieces, then roll them into dumpling wrappers. Arrange the five dumpling wrappers one by one. Take one dumpling wrapper and roll it into a roll. Put the flower center on top of the top one.

Cut it into two and arrange the lace to make a rose bun
