Rose Fermented Bean Curd Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and insert some small holes in the surface with a toothpick to facilitate the taste.

Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, and set aside appropriate amount of fermented bean curd and fermented bean curd juice.

Use proper amount of cooking wine to dissolve fermented bean curd and fermented bean curd juice, put in chicken wings, rub and massage repeatedly with hands. (The massaged chicken tastes very fast.)

Put the chicken wings and fermented bean curd juice in a fresh-keeping bag, and keep them in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to taste.

Add the delicious chicken wings and take out the fermented bean curd juice for later use. Add a little oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the chicken wings and stir fry until the skin is oily.

Add proper amount of water to the fermented bean curd juice to dissolve, pour it into the pot without the chicken wings, cover on high heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Just collect the juice over high heat.

1 Toothpick or fork inserting some small holes on the surface of chicken wings will make the chicken wings more delicious. Repeatedly rubbing and massaging the chicken wings during marinating will also make the chicken more delicious.
2. The fermented bean curd is very salty and no salt is added.
3. If you want to be lazy, you can marinate the chicken wings directly with fermented bean curd juice instead of onion, ginger, garlic and cooking wine.
