Rose Glutinous Rice Balls

Put black sesame seeds and roses into a food processor and beat them into powder.

Pour black sesame seeds into a container, add powdered sugar, and stir well with lard. Use your hands to knead the sesame filling into small balls of 8 grams (or your favorite size) and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Slowly add boiling water to the glutinous rice flour, stirring constantly, knead it into a smooth dough and let it stand for a while.

Divide the dough into equal parts and knead 20 grams each.

Take a dough and squeeze it, wrap it with sesame filling and make rounds.

Spread a layer of glutinous rice flour on the plate, and put the cooked glutinous rice balls on top to prevent sticking.

Open the water into the glutinous rice balls, push gently with a spoon, turn to low heat and cook until the glutinous rice balls float, and you can remove them after boiling for one minute.
