Rose Honey Mantou

To prepare the flour, I bought the self-raising wheat flour directly, knead the noodles with warm water, and stir slowly with chopsticks.

Add appropriate amount of rose nectar, which I bought from Yunnan and sent it. I wanted to make it myself. I will try it later, and then knead it with my hands until it is soft and firm.

This is the case after kneading, and the kneading method must be in place.

I usually leave it to ferment overnight, and that's it the next day. It's just right to make breakfast.

Put it in a steamer and steam it in a cold water pot. After the water is boiled, steam for 15 minutes. If you have experience, you can adjust it yourself. You can put some sesame seeds, raisins, and red dates. It's up to you.

This is the first time I made it, maybe it put a lot of honey and it was a bit sweet.

This is the second time I made it. My husband kneaded the noodles for me. The fermentation is in place. It is fragrant and sweet and tastes super good.

The inside is brushed, which proves that it's published and in place.

The red dates are also delicious when steamed.
Tips:
1. There is actually no hard and fast rule on the steaming time of steamed buns. Sometimes I am ten minutes and sometimes fifteen. Anyway, see for yourself. This can only be based on experience. Later, I use the sweet-scented osmanthus candy that I made. The taste is absolute. Figure.
