Rose Red Bean Soup

Ingredients: 60 grams of red beans, 500 grams of water, 20 grams of sugar roses, 5 grams of starch

Wash and drain the adzuki beans, pour it into an electric saucepan, add 200 g of water, put it in the electric saucepan, and simmer until the beans are crispy. Let out and let cool

Pour the soup into the food processor, beat into a thick slurry, pour it into the pot, add the remaining water, and stir evenly

Add a little water to the starch to make a uniform paste and set aside. Put the adzuki soy milk on a medium-to-low heat and bring it to a boil

Tips:
When whipping red soybean milk, you can adjust the whipping time according to your preference.
When boiling, keep stirring to prevent the bottom of the pot from being stuck or the liquid from splashing.
