Rose Sauce
1.
The roses purchased online are all flower bones
2.
Soak and clean with pure water
3.
After washing, let the moisture dry, I first use a kitchen towel to soak it up
4.
The dried flowers break off the petals to remove the pedicles and cores
5.
A total of 80 grams of rose petals from which the stalk and core are removed, put them in a basin without water and oil
6.
Add 80 grams of granulated sugar
7.
Knead it with your hands, knead and fuse the petals with the sugar
8.
This is half of the kneading
9.
This is basically a sauce
10.
Put the bottle in the pot to boil and drain the water for later use
11.
Put the rubbed petals into the bottle
12.
Do not fill the bottle, because the rose sauce will ferment during the placement process! 7 minutes full, pour 1cm of honey
13.
Put the lid on and put it in a cool place
14.
This is what it looks like after marinating for a week
Tips:
After cleaning, be sure to dry the water before adding sugar and knead! Otherwise it's easy to break!
