Rosemary Potatoes

Peel and wash potatoes

Cut into strips

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, add the cut potatoes, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Cut bell peppers, mince green onions, and slice garlic
5.
Put the bottom oil in the pot, add the blanched potato chips
6.
Potatoes to be fried are golden
7.
Add rosemary and crushed black pepper
8.
Add bell peppers, garlic slices, add salt, continue to stir fry, add oyster sauce just before it comes out of the pan
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
