Tips:
1. The preheating of the oven is generally 10-20 degrees higher than the baking temperature. You can preheat the oven when you beat the butter!
2. The temperature of whipped cream should reach 25 degrees. If it is too low, you can microwave it for a few seconds or heat it with 30 degrees hot water. If the temperature is low, the butter will harden and the batter will be difficult to squeeze.
