There are more when making desserts at home, and naturally more when eating desserts. When eating desserts, are you thinking, if your craftsmanship is not bad, the taste is great, and you can eat it without worrying about the image, and you can talk about it after you are satisfied-yes, I think so too.
However, if you want to have a little love for some romantic occasions, you can't just eat it up, right? For another example, when three or five friends gather together and wait to taste your craftsmanship, they just serve a few cakes, which seems to be missing something. If there is a cup of coffee or milk tea with it, isn't it...
That's right! On some occasions, the lovely desserts we created by ourselves really need a good partner. The so-called eating and drinking, you have to eat and drink. When it comes to eating, sometimes we are really not afraid to toss ourselves.
However, more often, this "toss" is really not just a matter of face. Even when you are alone, eating cakes and drinking a cup of milk tea is nothing more than satisfying. The cakes are made by hand, not to mention milk tea? Moreover, for our own milk tea, we are willing to use the purest raw materials, and naturally put away those milk teas with a lot of artificial additives. What does that slogan say? "Natural, no additives, the most healthy".
There are many ways to make milk tea. The easiest way is to brew a cup of black tea, and then add some milk according to your own taste. If you like rich milk flavor, you can use milk to make tea directly. The royal milk tea introduced today belongs to the latter kind.
Black tea generally has some astringency. Adding milk can neutralize the astringency of black tea and bring a smooth feeling. So milk tea has both the aroma of black tea and the smoothness of milk, which is very popular. Milk tea brewed directly with milk has a richer milk fragrance. It is really a perfect match for our homemade desserts.

Tips:

1. Authentic milk tea is generally brewed with black tea produced in the Assam region of India. If you do not have Assam black tea, you can also use other black teas;
2. Black tea needs to be brewed with boiling water to fully brew the aroma of black tea. The same is true for brewing with milk. The milk must be boiled and used to brew black tea immediately. If your teapot is equipped with an alcohol lamp, it can be heated with an alcohol lamp after brewing to keep the tea in a boiling state for better results;
3. Black tea is not brewed for as long as possible. The brewing time for black tea should not exceed 3 minutes. If black tea is brewed for too long, it will produce more astringency. Therefore, after 3 minutes of brewing, be sure to filter out the tea dregs decisively;
4. A little salt can stimulate the taste of milk tea and produce a more wonderful taste. But be careful not to add too much salt, just a little bit. Otherwise, it will become salty milk tea;
5. The black tea particles are very small, and you need to use a special tea filter to filter. If not, you can only choose black tea tea bags. After brewing for 2-3 minutes, shake the tea bags, and then directly remove them and throw them away. Just drop it, very convenient;
6. Friends who like strong milk fragrance can add 10ML of animal whipped cream to the soaked milk tea, and the taste of milk tea will be thicker and smoother.
