Russian Red Cabbage Soup

Wash beef and cut into pieces, and cut carrots, beetroot, and onion into pieces.

Cut tomatoes, wash and cut cabbage.

Put the beef cubes into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil over a high fire to remove any froth. Change to low heat and keep it boiling until the beef is cooked and tender.

Heat the butter in a wok, add the onion cubes, and stir-fry half of the minced garlic until the color changes.

Add the cooked beef and stir fry evenly.

Add seaweed head and carrot cubes, add beef broth and boil slightly.

Add the tomato sauce, bay leaves, and rosemary until red, add 250ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.

Finally add sugar, salt, pepper to taste, and finally add the tomato cubes. Add the cabbage and minced garlic to add sour cream at the end.
