Rutabaga Stir-fried Noodles (momo's Dishes)

Wash two kohlrabi (the larger one)
2.
Vermicelli cooked
3.
Shred rutabaga and vermicelli. Place it in cold water and cut green onion, ginger, chili and set aside

Hot oil scallion ginger chili saute pan
5.
Stir-fry the rutabaga with less salt to get the water
6.
Add vermicelli, put oyster sauce and stir fry
7.
Add the meat sauce and stir-fry evenly out of the pan

Tips:
Too much kohlrabi can be put in half and half, and the vermicelli must be stir-fried or it will stick together easily
