Ruyi Egg Roll

Minced meat with salt, spring onion, ginger sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, egg, and stir in one direction evenly

Beat the eggs and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot and pour the egg liquid into the pot and shake it gently to spread out into egg skins

Spread the meat evenly on the egg skin

Roll into the pot from opposite ends and steam for 8 minutes

Let cool and slice and serve
Tips:
1. Don't be greedy for meat filling, otherwise it will not be easy to form
2. Be sure to let it cool before cutting
