Ruyi Meat Roll

Chop the meat and scallion ginger into a puree.

Add starch, egg white, salt, chicken essence, and peanut oil and stir well.

Beat the eggs into the basin.

Stir well.

Preheat the electric baking pan, pour the egg mixture and shake well.

The omelette is spread out and put on the plate.
7.
Put the minced meat in and spread evenly.
8.
Tighten one side.
9.
Tighten the other side in the same way.
10.
Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes.
11.
Put it on a plate and peel off the tomato skin to make it into a flower shape.
Tips:
Some of the rolls are not tight, and the cut is not very good. It is recommended to roll as tight as possible.
