Rye Buns

Mix rye flour and flour together, add yeast, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and leave it at room temperature for two hours.

Ferment until the dough is twice as large, just stick your fingers in without retracting.

Divide into small doughs, round them separately, put them in a steamer, and ferment again for half an hour.

Ferment until the steamed buns pi rise, turn on the fire, boil the water vapor and change to a low heat, steam for 15 to 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out.
6.
The delicious and nutritious rye buns are ready.
