Sago Congee with Red Green Beans
1.
Prepare mung beans, red beans, sago, sugar
2.
Prepare rice for spare
3.
Pour into the pot after washing
4.
Add some water to boil
5.
Skim the bubbles after boiling
6.
Pour in the sago, be sure to pour in the water after boiling, or it will stick to the bottom of the pot when it is cooked
7.
Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
8.
When the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid and pour in the white sugar (brown sugar is also available) and boil it for a while, ready to eat
Tips:
1. If the red mung beans are soaked in advance for later use, the cooking time does not need to be so long, it can be shortened, and it will affect the taste if it is too rotten;
2. When the sago is cooked, the water must be boiled before being put into the pot to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot during cooking.
