Sago should be used twice with non-hot water. Don't touch it too much. The sago can easily disperse.

Put the sago into the boiling water and wait to boil it again. The water is thick at this time.

Strain the sago and boil a pot of water at the same time.

It can be soaked in cold water.

Put the sago in the second pot of water.
