Sago Pearl Round

Ingredients: sago, orange flour, glutinous rice flour, peanut filling, purple sweet potato, sugar, lard.

Soak the sago in cold water for 1 minute to remove and drain the water. The soaking time should not be long, otherwise the sago will disperse.

Add 90 grams of boiled water to blanch the orange flour, add lard, sugar and glutinous rice flour and appropriate amount of water to knead into a dough.

The purple sweet potato is steamed, divide a piece of dough and knead it into a purple dough.

The dough of the two colors is divided into small doses and filled into the filling cores to make rounds.

Put it in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes to remove.

Drain the drained round zi, and coat it with the soaked sago while it is hot.
