Sago Purple Potato Meatballs
1.
Wash the purple sweet potato, put it in a pot and steam until the skin cracks, peel it, let it cool and shape it into a ball for later use.
2.
The sago should be put in after the water is boiled, and kept stirring. When you see that the sago has a little white heart, turn off the heat and wait a few minutes before adding the cold water. Pour out the cold water and set aside for the sago.
3.
Put the purple potato balls, sago, and coconut milk in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, dig a few balls of sago and pour the coconut milk into it and you can eat it!
