Sago Purple Sweet Potato Mooncake

Put the sago in a bowl, add sugar and mix well

Add in water and soak for 20 minutes

Purple sweet potato peeled and sliced

Put it in a pot and steam it

Put sugar in the purple sweet potato and mix well

Crush the purple sweet potato and let cool

Sago crushed with a spoon

Add potato starch

Knead into a smooth dough

Knead the purple sweet potato into small balls

Knead the sago dough into long strips, cut into proper amount,

Take a potion and knead it into thin slices, put it in purple sweet potato balls and wrap it up

Put it in the moon cake mold
14.
Press down to demold
15.
Make it all and put it on the plate

Put cold water in the steamer, grease the steaming pan, put the sago mooncakes, and steam for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Eat it while it’s hot, it will harden when it’s cold
