Ingredients

Sago Purple Sweet Potato Mooncake

1. Put the sago in a bowl, add sugar and mix well

2. Add in water and soak for 20 minutes

3. Purple sweet potato peeled and sliced

4. Put it in a pot and steam it

5. Put sugar in the purple sweet potato and mix well

6. Crush the purple sweet potato and let cool

7. Sago crushed with a spoon

8. Add potato starch

9. Knead into a smooth dough

10. Knead the purple sweet potato into small balls

11. Knead the sago dough into long strips, cut into proper amount,

12. Take a potion and knead it into thin slices, put it in purple sweet potato balls and wrap it up

13. Put it in the moon cake mold

14. Press down to demold

15. Make it all and put it on the plate

16. Put cold water in the steamer, grease the steaming pan, put the sago mooncakes, and steam for 20 minutes.

Tips:

Eat it while it’s hot, it will harden when it’s cold
