Sago Yogurt Fruit Fishing

Rinse the sago with water, boil the water in the pot and add the sago

After the high heat is boiled, change to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Boil for another 3 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes, repeat several times, until the white spots disappear and become transparent, keep stirring while cooking to prevent sticking to the pan

Remove the sago and put it in cold water to wash off the mucus, then soak it in cold boiled water for a while to remove it, and drain the water.

Diced banana, watermelon, and peach

Put the fruit in the sago, pour the yogurt and stir evenly.
Tips:
Put more water and stir more when cooking to prevent sticking to the pan
