Sai Abalone

1. Pleurotus eryngii cut into thick slices

2. Cut into diamond shaped flower knife

3. Fry until golden brown

4. Leave the oil in the pot and add garlic diced to fry until fragrant

5. Add pickled peppers and fresh peppers and stir fry until fragrant

6. Add chicken essence, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce

7. Add the fried eryngii mushrooms

Tips:
