Sakura Roll
1.
Peel the cucumbers and carrots and wash them,
2.
Cut into thin strips.
3.
Fold the seaweed in half from the middle,
4.
Tear it along the midline of the fold,
5.
Cut out a piece of plastic wrap,
6.
Stir the rice, sushi vinegar and salt evenly (the rice should be at room temperature, just a little bit of temperature, not completely cold, because the taste is not good)
7.
Spread the rice evenly on half of the seaweed,
8.
Cover the fresh-keeping film on the bamboo curtain, and turn the seaweed over, the side covered with rice is facing down, and the other side is also covered with rice.
9.
Put the cucumber strips, carrot strips and pork floss in the center of the seaweed,
10.
Squeeze the salad dressing
11.
Roll it up, (just fold the part where the seaweed is placed in half, and then put the seal in another position. Pinch tightly)
12.
Rolled sushi,
13.
Homemade fake cherry blossom powder with coconut paste, (I also taught this to make)
14.
Sprinkle it on the cutting board and evenly wrap it on the sushi roll,
15.
Cut into pieces and eat,
Tips:
Most of the cherry blossom powder sold on the market is fake fish floss powder dyed with pigment. Although this one is made of coconut paste, it is much better than that, and it is also more affordable. You can make it with the coconut paste that you have at home, so you don't need to buy one. Big bag, and the rest of the distress is useless (*^__^*)
