I bought a bag of Thai green sago to make sago glutinous rice. Now there is more than half a bag left at home. Sweet and glutinous taste, with red bean paste filling in the middle, and cherry blossom embellishment!

Sakura Sago

1. Soak the salted cherry blossoms with water, soak the salted sago and soak in water (do not stir)

2. After soaking for 1 hour, drain, and gently press to remove excess water. Put sago, sugar, and a little corn oil in the bowl and mix the ingredients evenly.

3. Soak the cherry blossoms, use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture, apply oil to the mold

4. Put cherry blossoms on the bottom of the mold, use a small spoon to put the well-mixed sago into half of the mold

5. Put a little red bean paste in the middle, then cover with sago and smooth it out

6. Put clear water in the pot and boil the water and steam on high heat for 15 minutes until it becomes transparent. After it cools a little, it can be removed from the mold.

Tips:

The sandwich in the middle can be bean paste, lotus paste, peanut, sesame, jam according to your preference. . . . . Free play
