Salad Jellyfish Head

1. Shred the jellyfish head and soak in cold water for a day, changing the water several times during the period

2. The soaked jellyfish head is cleared once with cold boiled water, squeeze the water and put it in a bowl, add sugar, light soy sauce, rose vinegar, sesame oil, mix well, and more sugar

3. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and garnish with coriander

Tips:

Put more sugar as much as possible, because there is vinegar, so it’s sweet
