Salad Niçoise

Put potatoes and eggs in the boiling water, cook for about 8 minutes, take out the eggs, and continue to cook the potatoes until cooked.

Wash the lettuce leaves and tomatoes, put the lettuce leaves on the plate first, and place the diced tomatoes and eggs on the plate as shown in the picture

Peel the cooked potatoes, sprinkle 1 spoon of olive oil on top, a small amount of salt and pepper, stir well and let cool for a few minutes

Put 1 spoon of Dijon mustard, 2 spoons of olive oil, 1 spoon of vinegar, a small amount of salt and pepper in a bowl, and stir well

Put the diced potatoes and black olives on a plate, place one-half of the canned tuna in the center (it is best to drain the oil and water), and sprinkle the freshly prepared yellow mustard sauce on top.
