Salami and Shiitake Fort

Wash the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms, it is best to absorb the water;

Cover the baking tray with tin foil; brush the inside and outside of the shiitake mushrooms with a layer of oil, place them in the baking tray, sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper, and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes; (the oven is small and can only be baked twice)

Cut the tomato into 12 slices; cut the coriander into small pieces;

Prepare shredded cheese; fry the salami slightly;

Take out the roasted shiitake mushrooms and spread a layer of shredded cheese;
6.
Put a slice of tomato, a slice of salami, and some coriander;
7.
Then a slice of salami and a slice of tomato;
8.
Spread a layer of shredded cheese on the tomato slices;
9.
Put another shiitake mushroom on the top and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes. If it’s not cheese but salad dressing, just eat it~~~
