Although the oven has been used for about 5 years, it is mostly used for the production of cakes, tarts, biscuits, and grilled meats, while bread and pizza are rarely finished products. There is no other reason. The almost uninterrupted dough kneading for twenty minutes, coupled with several fermentations, is really time-consuming and laborious for manual operation.

With the oven and the bread machine, what I did not expect is that a surprise, I got the first Kepu TO5330 oven that can make noodles in China. An oven that can make dough sounds so surprising.

Next, it’s practical. Use it to make your favorite pizza first. With an oven that can mix noodles, making pizza becomes easier! "

7. About 1 minute after stopping, the kneading function will start again and work for another 15 minutes. Knead the dough until it becomes very vigorous. Grab a corner and slowly stretch it to form a thinner film (expansion stage). Take out the bread bucket and cover the surface of the dough with a damp cloth.

8. To preheat the fermentation, turn the function button to the fermentation, turn the temperature to the lowest, and turn the time to 5 minutes. When you hear the bell, it means that the preheating is over.

9. Take the dough out of the bread bucket, shape it slightly, and place it on the baking tray, cover it with a damp cloth, and send it to the oven. Turn the time knob to a long pass to start fermentation. After about 1 hour, let it ferment until it becomes twice as large. Dip your fingers in the flour and poke into the dough without shrinking.

11. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, place the dough on the chopping board, and flatten it with the palm of your hand. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake about 8 inches in size. Use the palm of your hand to shape the cake into a shape with a thin middle and thick surroundings. Spread a little olive oil on the pizza plate. Spread the noodles on the plate (or directly put the noodles on the baking tray), fork some small holes on the noodles, spread a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the cakes, and leave them to ferment at room temperature for 20 minute.

Tips:

1. When frying the pizza sauce, try to collect it dry, and some water will appear after the sauce is placed. The remaining sauce can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for about a week, and can be used for pasta making.

2. The oven can be preheated when shredded cheese, so that the ingredients can be directly sent into the preheated oven after putting the ingredients.

4. It feels that it takes longer to bake with a pizza pan, about 20 minutes. I don’t know if it’s a bit of heat insulation. The baking time can be shortened or extended appropriately according to the situation.

5. According to the actual baking situation of the oven, end the program appropriately in advance.
