Prepare the main ingredients: braised beef, coriander, garlic, bell peppers, and Kewpie salad sauce.

The beef tendon is cooked ahead of time. The auxiliary ingredients for braised beef tendon are: two star anises, 1 piece of cinnamon, 3 pieces of bay leaves, one grass fruit, a pinch of Chinese pepper, one rock sugar, appropriate amount of salt, one spoonful of cooking wine, and one spoonful of soy sauce.
