Drooling chicken-listening to the name can make people swallow.
It must be quite complicated to come up with such a tempting dish, but it is not.

Saliva Chicken

1. Use scissors to cut a mouth, and use scissors to cut apart the bones along the chicken bones.

2. The boned chicken, roll it up and fix it with toothpicks

3. Put ginger slices and cooking wine on the pot and steam for about 10 minutes.

4. Take out the steamed chicken

5. After cooling down a bit, remove the toothpick and cut into pieces

6. Mince garlic and ginger, chopped green onion, chopped peanuts

7. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add Laoganma tempeh, ginger and garlic, sauté fragrant and serve

8. Put in a small bowl and add a few tablespoons of steamed chicken broth

9. Add pepper powder, cooked sesame seeds, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame paste, and Laoganma. Mix well and pour it on the chicken nuggets. Finally, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chopped green onion.
