Salmon Balls (baby Food Supplement 1)
1.
Choose thornless salmon meat, peel it, cut into small dices, beat loose with a knife, and chop into puree. Tomatoes are mashed into puree. Turn a little starch into water starch.
2.
Stir the salmon puree, tomato puree and water starch together, add a quail egg and stir until it becomes thick.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the scallions, and bring the ginger slices to a boil. Then use the seasoning spoon to add the fish balls to the pot. When the water is boiled again, the fish balls will float, and it will be ready in 2 to 3 minutes.
4.
Cooking
5.
Peel the fried peanuts and grind them into powder.
6.
Sprinkle on the fish balls.
Tips:
1. Add starch and quail eggs to make the fish balls soft and tender, and the tomatoes taste good and not fishy.
2. Because the meatballs are small for babies, they do not need to be round, as long as they are suitable for eating.
3. Everyone knows that no salt is added to babies under one year old, so don't add salt!
