Salmon Custard
1.
Cook the salmon for a few minutes, and the meat is cooked. When cooking, just add the green onion and ginger to remove the fishy. No other seasonings are needed.
2.
The cooked fish takes the required amount of meat, and the fish bones and fillets should be removed
3.
Crush the cooked fish
4.
Beat the eggs with doubled water and stir well.
5.
Filter it into a bowl with a mesh sieve, and then put the shredded salmon into it. For the convenience of taking pictures, I cover it with plastic wrap, and pierce a few eyes with a steel needle or toothpick on the plastic wrap.
6.
Boil the water cage and steam for 10 minutes on medium and small heat. After steaming, simmer for 2 minutes. I usually feel that the cling film is not safe. Even though I bought a high-temperature resistant one, I usually cover a plate on the door. The effect is the same. It is safe to use the plate.
7.
The steamed fish custard can also be used to mold the fish
8.
Put it on the custard and coax the kids to play
Tips:
When steaming, you should boil water and then put it in the basket. Medium-to-small fire is fine. Do not use high fire, otherwise it will easily cause bubbles.
