The fish steak has few small spines, and the meat is tender and inclusive. It is cooked with aggressive spicy and tastes very enjoyable.

Spicy Fish Steak

1. The fish is slaughtered to remove the scales and internal organs, then the head is removed, the whole piece of fish is removed from both sides of the spine, and the ribs are removed along the large spur inside the fish.

2. Cut the fish steak into 2 cm pieces

3. Garlic beaten up and set aside

4. Pour oil in the pot

5. Add garlic one by one

Tips:
