Points to note:
1. Buy the middle section of salmon, with less thorns, more meat, sliced better than diced
2. Although there are few thorns in salmon, there are exceptions, so you must not be careless, and you must choose carefully what you eat for your baby
3. It can be peeled when marinating, I remove it after cooking
4. The drying temperature should not be high, it is easy to paste, so watch frequently, do not use tin foil, it will stick, use silicone oil paper
5. After making it, put it in an airtight box and store it in the freezer. You can add some to the baby's porridge or rice noodles. It is more nutritious and delicious with vegetables!
