The salmon scrambled egg sandwich is a classic Norwegian delicacy!
Salmon marinated in Norway (original or smoked) is usually served with scrambled eggs and served with bread.
Scrambled eggs are not big, oily and fluffy as we usually say, but moist, soft and tender, with a little custard.
Don't say that such scrambled eggs with marinated salmon fillets are better than the chunky scrambled eggs.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 150 grams of smoked salmon, 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of lemon, 1 tomato, chives and a little dill

Salmon Scrambled Egg Sandwich

1. Material picture: smoked salmon, lemon, egg, dill, tomato

2. Ingredients for scrambled eggs: eggs and chives (either dried or fresh)
Note: It must be chives, not other scallions.

3. Beat the eggs with salt, white pepper, chives and 1 tablespoon of milk.

4. Pour a small amount of oil (approximately 5-10 grams) after the pan is slightly heated, and pour in the egg liquid.

5. Leave it for a few seconds to start stirring, don't let the crust and foam, keep the heat on medium and low.

6. Finally, it can be cooked when it is so moist.
Note: Our usual scrambled eggs use high temperature and oil to make the eggs fluffy, while the Norwegian scrambled eggs only use a small amount of oil. Keep them fried on a medium and small fire, moist, soft and tender.

7. Next, cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.

8. The bread slices are spread with a layer of butter, and then spread with scrambled eggs.
Note: You can use it if you don't like butter.

9. Put a slice of salmon and half a slice of lemon.

10. You can also use some dill grass as a decoration, with tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, lettuce and so on.
Note: Dill has a special fragrance. It is usually used by Norwegians for fish and shrimps, which has the effect of removing fishy smell.

Tips:

1. Don't use sweet bread for bread, it is better if there are multigrain bread.
2. Our usual scrambled eggs use high temperature and oil to make the eggs fluffy, while the Norwegian scrambled eggs only use a small amount of oil. Keep them fried on a medium and small fire, moist and soft.
