Salmon Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Ingredients for scrambled eggs: eggs and chives (either dried or fresh)
Note: It must be chives, not other scallions.

Beat the eggs with salt, white pepper, chives and 1 tablespoon of milk.

Pour a small amount of oil (approximately 5-10 grams) after the pan is slightly heated, and pour in the egg liquid.

Leave it for a few seconds to start stirring, don't let the crust and foam, keep the heat on medium and low.

Note: Our usual scrambled eggs use high temperature and oil to make the eggs fluffy, while the Norwegian scrambled eggs only use a small amount of oil. Keep them fried on a medium and small fire, moist, soft and tender.

The bread slices are spread with a layer of butter, and then spread with scrambled eggs.
Note: You can use it if you don't like butter.

Note: Dill has a special fragrance. It is usually used by Norwegians for fish and shrimps, which has the effect of removing fishy smell.
Tips:
1. Don't use sweet bread for bread, it is better if there are multigrain bread.
